Homelink services include specially designed web site resources for home buyers, sellers and real estate business partners, plus Internet access to your transactional information. When you close with a member company you are assigned a user name and password that give you secure access to your transactional information before and after closing. File Status Access	Access up-to-the-minute information on the status of your closing, including work completed, tasks to be completed, and file notations.
On-line Document Access	View and print transaction documents, such as correspondences, agreements, title reports, certifications, mortgage and closing documents and HUD-1 settlement statements, on-line via secure Internet access.
Email Contact Links	Utilize our on-line contact list, linking you with parties to your transaction: Realtor, builder, attorney, lender, mortgage broker, inspector, insurance agent.
Electronic Document Submission	Forward documents directly to your file from your PC, without having to print, fax or scan. You can also submit hard copy documents by fax or email.
